Day 1

You will be picking from Cochin Airport / Ernakulam railway station and drive to Athirampilly.

Athirampilly Waterfalls is a popular picnic spot where water plunges from a height of nearly 80 feet before joining the Chalakudi River.

Evening check in to the hotel on arrival and spend the day at leisure. Overnight stay is arranged in Athirampilly.

Day 2

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Munnar. On the way enjoy some waterfalls and natural scenic spots. On arrival at Munnar check into Hotel and relax for the rest of the day. Overnight stay at the hotel will be arranged.

Day 3

After breakfast spend the day with local sightseeing.

Athirapalli Falls

Athirapalli Falls also known as Suren Chellakutti Falls is situated in Athirappilly panchayath in Thrissur district of Kerala, on the southwest coast of India. Located on the west-flowing Chalakudy River near the Vazhachal Forest Division and the Sholayar ranges, this 24-metre waterfall and the nearby Vazhachal Falls are popular tourist destinations. It is the largest waterfall in Kerala and is nicknamed The Niagara of India.

Chalakudy River

Chalakudy River or Chalakudy Puzha is the fourth longest river in Kerala, India. The river flows through Palakkad district,Thrissur District and Ernakulam District of Kerala. The total drainage area of the river is 1704 km². out of this 1404 km² lies inKerala and the rest 300 km² in Tamil Nadu. The length of the river is 145.5 km.

Mattupetty Dam

Mattupetty Dam, near Munnar in Idukki District, is a storage Concrete Gravity dam built in the mountains of Kerala, India to conserve water for hydroelectricity. It has been a vital source of power, yielding along with other such dams, huge revenue to the states. The large amount of perennially available water allows wild animals and birds to flourish.
